About the role
Richarmi Suites' is seeking a talented Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our growing business and ensuring a positive employee experience.Your expertise will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
What you'll be doing- Provide comprehensive HR support, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address HR-related challenges
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and implement effective training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and payroll
- Contribute to the enhancement of the company's culture and employee engagement initiatives
- Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to both management and employees
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of Philippine labour laws and HR best practices
- Passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment
