Sales Executive - Wine Division

Job Summary:
The On-Premise Sales Executive is responsible for driving wine sales across hotels, restaurants, bars, and other on-premise accounts. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, expanding distribution, and promoting the company’s wine portfolio to achieve sales targets and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with on-premise accounts (restaurants, hotels, bars, lounges)
- Promote and sell the company’s wine portfolio to existing and prospective clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand account coverage
- Conduct wine presentations, tastings, and staff training for clients
- Ensure proper product listing, menu placement, and visibility in accounts
- Monitor stock levels, pricing, and competitor activities within assigned territory
- Collaborate with marketing for promotions, events, and activations
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account updates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Proven experience in sales (wine, spirits, or FMCG preferred)
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in wine and sales are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of wines, varietals, and food pairing is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to do fieldwork and visit clients regularly
