Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist
(Retail, Fashion, Consumer & Digital)
Fully remote, PhilippinesAligned to AEST
This client is not a volume-first agency chasing quick wins.
They are a highly regarded founder-led recruitment business known for quality, depth and long-term relationships across retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, eCommerce and digital. They work with some of the most recognisable brands in Australia and have built a reputation for being thoughtful, well-connected and trusted in their market.
Now, due to growth, they are hiring a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist in the Philippines.
This is a pure sourcing and candidate engagement role. It is not a full 360 recruiter position and it is not an admin-heavy delivery role.
You will focus on identifying great talent, starting real conversations, qualifying candidates properly and building high-quality pipelines that the business can use again and again. You will work closely with the Founder and play a key role in helping the business scale in a smart, structured way.
If you are strong on sourcing, commercially aware, curious, naturally engaging on the phone, and know how to build talent pools instead of just reacting to live jobs, this role will suit you.
What you’ll be doing- Building and managing talent pipelines across retail, fashion, consumer and digital roles
- Proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search and internal database tools
- Running high-volume outreach and candidate engagement activity every day
- Speaking with candidates directly by phone and qualifying them properly, not just relying on messages
- Screening inbound applicants and expressions of interest
- Creating structured talent pools by client, brand and skill set
- Keeping Bullhorn CRM clean, organised and current with notes, tags and candidate insights Presenting qualified candidates internally for review
- Supporting candidate movement through interview processes
- Using tools, automation and AI to improve speed, consistency and efficiency
- A high volume of quality candidate conversations every week
- Strong, organised and commercially useful talent pools
- A steady flow of candidates ready for introduction
- Fast follow-up and a strong candidate experience
- Clean CRM data the wider team can trust and use
- At least 5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, ideally within a recruitment agency
- You must have experience in recruiting/sourcing for Australian/US or UK based roles
- Strong sourcing capability across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and database search
- Confidence making high-volume calls and building rapport quickly
- Excellent communication skills and good judgement
- A disciplined, organised approach to follow-up and pipeline management
- Someone curious, switched on and commercially aware, not robotic or scripted
- Exposure to retail, consumer, fashion, lifestyle or digital recruitment would be highly regarded
- Experience building pipelines across Australia is preferred
- This is a full-time, high-trust role that requires genuine commitment, focus and availability during agreed working hours. We are looking for someone who can fully dedicate themselves to this position as their primary and only role. If you are seeking flexibility to manage multiple jobs or ongoing outside work commitments alongside this one, this will not be the right fit.
- You need to be someone who can move quickly without getting sloppy.
- You need to be comfortable working independently, making judgement calls and owning your space.
- You also need to know how to represent a brand properly. Every candidate interaction matters here. This is a business built on relationships, trust and quality, so templated outreach and transactional behaviour will not cut it.
- You’ll work directly with an experienced founder who is clear, thoughtful and values people who take ownership.
- You’ll be joining a business with a strong reputation in its niche and genuine long-term growth potential.
- You’ll have the space to focus on what you’re best at: sourcing well, building trust with candidates and creating talent pipelines that make a real commercial difference.
