Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team. This role focuses on sourcing and screening candidates for direct hire, contract, and contract-to-hire placements, primarily within the financial services sector.
You will work closely with senior recruiters to build a strong candidate database and support hiring needs for our US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities- Source, identify, and screen candidates for client job orders.
- Conduct high-volume outreach via phone and email to build candidate pipelines.
- Perform initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain and nurture candidate relationships.
- Recommend qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers.
- Stay informed on industry trends and job market conditions.
- Promote company culture and job opportunities to potential candidates.
- Collaborate with team members in a positive and professional manner.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 1-year similar experience (Hiring from US Market)
- Recruitment experience (agency or corporate) is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment databases.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
