We are looking for a dedicated and technically proficient IT Staff to maintain our center’s technical infrastructure and ensure high-quality online education services.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT professional who can handle both hardware maintenance and network management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting PC issues, managing our dedicated internet line, and supporting the CS team with technical requirements.

• Hardware Maintenance: Perform regular check-ups, repairs, and parts replacement for PCs, monitors, and peripherals (Headsets, Webcams).
• Network Management: Monitor internet stability (RISE Dedicated Line), coordinate with ISPs for downtime rebates and technical support.
• Asset Management: Update and manage the center’s IT inventory (PC specs, equipment history).
• Infrastructure Support: Oversee server room conditions (Air-conditioning monitoring) and facility IT needs.
• LMS Support: Coordinate with our LMS provider (FirmData) to resolve system-related errors.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of proven experience in computer hardware repair and network configuration.
• Technical Skills: * Expertise in Windows OS troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, and dedicated internet lines.
• Ability to conduct technical diagnosis and provide immediate solutions.
• Communication: Fluent in English (for reporting and coordinating with providers).
• Attitude: Proactive, organized, and capable of working under pressure during peak class hours.
