About the role
Join the dynamic IT team at Hecny Forwarders Incorporated as an IT Support professional. In this full-time role, we are seeking an operational-technical support specialist who will help maintain, monitor, and continuously improve automated workflows across:
What you'll be doing- Microsoft Excel (Queries)
- Microsoft Power Automate
- Azure AI services
- CUS (Content Understanding Studio)
- Support the day-to-day management of automated workflows
- Monitor performance and resolve incidents
- Perform data quality checks and validations
- Contribute to continuous process improvements
- Collaborate closely with the core team and external vendor
- IT-background required (to effectively collaborate with technical stakeholders and vendor)
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working with automation tools and data processes
- Strong communication skills
