3. Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, providing valuable insights for continuous product improvement.
4. Guide customers through the installation, configuration, and use of our hardware and software components.
5. Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support system.
6. Conduct product training sessions for customers, ensuring they fully leverage the features and functionalities of our technology.
7. Stay current with industry trends, updates, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
2. Proven experience in technical support.
3. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
4. Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
6. Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality customer support.
7. Experience in documentation and training development is a plus.
