We're looking for a detail-oriented and commercially savvy Contracts Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of contract management - supporting project managers, administering subcontract agreements, tracking variations, and ensuring every contractual obligation is met with precision.

Your Impact
  • Deal Decoder: Assist with the preparation of commercial and contractual reviews in accordance with contracting principles, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Negotiation Navigator: Support contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors as directed by the Contracts Manager or Project Manager.
  • Kickoff Commander: Assist Project Managers at contract award and project kick-off by reviewing awarded contracts to confirm alignment with agreed commercial and contractual terms.
  • Lifecycle Lifeline: Provide day-to-day contractual and commercial support to Project Managers throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Change Champion: Administer contract change management processes, including preparation and tracking of variations, extensions of time, and contractual correspondence.
  • Obligation Overseer: Support project teams to ensure contractual obligations are clearly understood and consistently met in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Subcontract Steward: Assist with the preparation, administration, and maintenance of subcontract agreements in accordance with approved policies, procedures, and templates.
  • Records Guardian: Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, registers, and documentation within company systems.
  • Closeout Captain: Assist with project close-out activities to ensure all contractual deliverables, claims, and obligations are finalized appropriately.
  • Risk Radar: Support the identification and reporting of contractual risks and issues to Project Managers and the Contracts Manager.
  • Report Architect: Assist with the preparation of contractual reports including risk registers, variation logs, and claims summaries as requested.
  • Improvement Instigator: Participate in project contractual reviews and contribute meaningfully to lessons learned and continuous improvement processes.
  • Stakeholder Connector: Maintain effective working relationships with Project Managers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to support delivery of project and contract KPIs.
  • Compliance Custodian: Ensure full compliance with company systems, policies, and procedures relating to contract administration and commercial management.
