Accounting/Finance Officer Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.

• At least 3–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or related work.
• Experience in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting is preferred.

• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Process payroll and ensure timely statutory remittances.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, government agencies, and other stakeholders when necessary.
