About the role
We are seeking an Accounting Receivable Associate to join our team at GCM Trade Essentials in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring timely collections.
What you'll be doing- Managing accounts receivable, including invoicing, follow-up on outstanding payments, and reconciliation of customer accounts
- Processing customer payments and maintaining accurate financial records
- Preparing reports on accounts receivable status and cash flow
- Collaborating with the sales and finance teams to identify and resolve any billing or collection issues
- Assisting with other accounting and administrative tasks as required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
