Customer development manager (mindanao)

Purpose of the position:

Customer Development Manager (CDM) is key sales position responsible for the development of local key accounts (LKA) business in the region.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage local key accounts (LKA) in the region.
• Development of current and new LKA accounts businesses in the region.
• Achievement of LKA KPI’s: sales target, product & category target, and execution of trade and consumer marketing plans.
• Manage inventory, bad orders, returns, payables/receivables of LKA’s in the region.
• Development of LKA strategic plans in the region and conduct business reviews to LKA’s.
• Coordination with both RAM internal and external stakeholders: branches, supply chain, warehouse & logistics partners (WLP), etc. to ensure fluid order fulfillment to LKA’s in the region.

Qualifications, knowledge, skills required:

• College graduate with bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3-5 years of FMCG sales experience handling local key accounts.
• Strong account management, negotiation, sales analysis, skills.
• Excellent skills in communication and capable of people management.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word.
• Willing and high capability of performing field work.
