Position to be filled: CHIEF HOSPITALITY OFFICER

Job Description:

• The Chief Hospitality Officer oversees the daily operations and strategic development of all NWR-owned hotels managed by international brands to assure optimum performance and continual improvement in guest service, employees, sales/marketing, property appearance, and profit/financial control.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or any related field
• At least fifteen (15) to twenty (20) years experience in the hospitality industry, with significant luxury and international experience
• At least five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in as a General Manager
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to interact with customers with different personalities/nationalities
• Adaptable and can handle stressful and high pressure situations
• Well-versed in Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Butler and Front Office functions
• Planning on manpower deployment
• Organized and focused
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
