Marketing and Sales Manager
About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing and Sales Manager to join the Philippine Football Federation's dynamic team. In this full-time, office-based role in Carmona Cavite, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies to promote the organisation's brand, events, and commercial partnerships.
What you'll be doing- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and engagement across various channels
- Overseeing the creation and distribution of compelling marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials
- Identifying and cultivating new commercial partnership opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing existing relationships
- Analysing market trends and customer data to inform strategic decision-making and optimise marketing and sales initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing and sales efforts
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing and sales activities
- Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and trends to continuously improve the organisation's marketing and sales strategies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing and sales strategies in the sports or entertainment industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in marketing tools and technologies, including social media platforms, email marketing, and analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing unique and engaging marketing campaigns
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
