Job Description We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive business growth and lead our contact center sales teams. You will be responsible for tracking team performance, coaching agents to hit targets, and ensuring high-conversion sales output.
Salary & Benefits- ₱80,000 Base Pay + performance incentives

- Minimum of 3 years of proven management experience specifically within a BPO contact center environment.
- Strong professional background in Sales, preferably managing outbound or inbound sales programs.
