Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) business segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the food service industry.

This role requires a strong sales background, excellent relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the HORECA market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets within the HORECA channel.
  • Identify, acquire, and manage key accounts, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and food service distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Conduct regular client visits to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, and management reports.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent account management and after-sales support.
  • Lead and mentor sales team members, if applicable.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience handling HORECA accounts or food service channels.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development.
  • Strong network within the hotel, restaurant, catering, and food service industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and sales reporting.
  • Willing to travel as required.
