What You'll Be Doing:

• Supervise daily IT network and infrastructure operations
• Manage LAN/WAN/WiFi/VLAN network performance and troubleshooting
• Handle firewall configurations and ISP coordination
• Monitor and maintain IT support ticketing system and SLA compliance
• Lead incident management, escalation, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Track and report KPIs and operational analytics
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Lead and mentor IT support team members
• Document network configurations, incidents, and procedures
• Apply PDCA methodology for continuous improvement

Qualifications/Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems
• CCNA (Preferred)
• CompTIA Network+ (Advantage)
• Fortinet NSE / FCA (Advantage)

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years in IT Operations, Network, or Infrastructure Support
• At least 1–2 years supervisory or team lead experience
• Experience in network operations, IT network support management, incident handling, ISP/vendor coordination, and SLA/KPI monitoring
• ESL/BPO operational environment experience is an advantage
