IT ASSISTANT

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Computer Science, BS Information Technology or any related course
• Resourceful, trainable, flexible, proactive, analytical, attentive to details and has a positive outlook in life
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have an experience in installation and use of various software applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and the windows system
• Must be willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Must be willing to work in any of our Cebu Branches (Cebu Main, Tabunok, Naga, Mandaue, Liloan, Consolacion and Mactan Branch)
• Full-Time position available

Responsibilities:

• Provides on-call support and participates in on-call rotations for off-hours support.
• Performs other IT related tasks requested by IT Manager and/or IT Deputy Manager.
• Maintains documents, records, sop, work instructions are updated and other paper works.
• Maintains IT assets inventory such as PC and other peripherals.
• Support other departments with IT related concerns.
• Works with and assists other IT staff.
• Monitors request of other department in timely manner.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
