The People Design Department (PD) Head provides operational leadership in talent acquisition and recruitment, ensuring hiring initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with organizational workforce strategies. Reporting to the PD Manager and AVP for HR – People & Employee Integration, the role translates recruitment strategies into actionable programs, partnering with hiring managers and business units to ensure timely talent acquisition and workforce sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment and hiring operations
  • Implement recruitment strategies, programs, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to ensure timely filling of vacancies
  • Monitor recruitment performance, hiring metrics, and process effectiveness
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and candidate experience
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Support employer branding, hiring campaigns, and talent pipeline development
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration is an advantage
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • HR certifications are preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
