Qualifications:
- Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
- With experience is a must (Atleast 2-3 years)
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of Philippine Labor Law is an advantage
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to keep confidential information
- Professional, respectful, and approachable
- Assertive and firm in implementing company policies, addressing issues and enforcing rules professionally
- Fair and unbiased in handling employee concerns
- Responsible, proactive, and dependable
- Can work independently and as part of a team
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
- Prepare, process, and complete onboarding requirements for newly hired employees.
- Maintain, organize, and update employee 201 files and other personnel records.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave balances, and timekeeping records.
- Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule, including salaries, overtime pay, deductions, and incentives.
- Compute and process government-mandated contributions such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
- Ensure timely remittance and compliance with all government-required employee benefits and contributions.
- Address employee concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues and grievances.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions consistently and fairly.
- Prepare and coordinate employee performance evaluations.
- Organize company meetings, employee engagement activities, and corporate events.
- Conduct employee orientations and facilitate onboarding programs for new hires.
- Ensure company compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and HR best practices.
- Handle all facets of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, records management, and compliance.
