Job Description
Posted on 11 September 2025Lay bricks, hollow blocks, tiles, and other masonry units using mortar or adhesives.
Apply cement plaster, stucco, or other finishing coats on walls, ceilings, and structures.
Mix cement, sand, gravel, and water to make concrete, mortar, or plaster.
Repair and maintain masonry structures such as walls, partitions, pavements, and floors.
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Cut, shape, and dress stone, tiles, or concrete blocks using hand tools and power tools.
Ensure alignment, level, and plumb of masonry works.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and PPE.
Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions or incidents.
Perform other masonry-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications/Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old and physically fit.
Preferably a High School graduate or with TESDA Masonry NC II certification.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in masonry work.
Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques.
Ability to read and follow construction plans and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Willingness to work on project sites, with possible overtime, weekends, and holidays.
