Branch Supervisor**(Tagbilaran, Carmen Bohol)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

• Oversee personnel management, policy compliance, and administrative tasks.
• Implement compliance with opening and closing memos and company policies.
• Monitor staff attendance, leaves, and work schedules, taking appropriate action as needed.

1. LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT

• Lead, motivate, and coach branch employees for exceptional customer service and target achievement.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and recommend training and development opportunities.
• Oversee disciplinary actions and facilitate discussion of memorandums to ensure understanding and compliance.

1. CASH TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT

• Ensuring proper cash acceptance, safekeeping, and disposition.
• Ensuring proper issuance of receipts for all payments.
• Ensuring daily remittances and bank deposits.
• Ensuring that branches perform daily cash counts.
• Ensure proper procedures for cash releases and vault deposits.

1. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

• Ensuring that the branch conducts monthly physical counts of spare parts, accessories, units, fixed assets, mechanic tools, and accountable forms.
• Ensuring documentation of inventory transactions through the Online Parts System, Units Inventory System, and Service System.
• Ensuring monthly update of inventory monitoring of fixed assets and mechanical tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on inventory.

1. ADMINISTRATIVE

• Implement and enforce administrative processes, including inventory management, registration, record keeping, and reporting.
