Site Engineer -MEPF

Location: Panglao 6340 P07 (Balai Helena Project)

is currently looking for a: Site Engineer – MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection)
Project Assignment: Dauis, Panglao, Bohol
Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer specializing in MEPF systems to oversee and manage construction activities for our project in Alona, Panglao, Bohol. The Site Engineer will ensure the proper execution, quality, and compliance of all MEPF-related works.

!!! Please note: The company will not shoulder accommodations or relocation costs for candidates outside Bohol. Applicants must either be based in Bohol or willing to relocate at their own expense.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise MEPF installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth execution.
Conduct quality inspections and testing of MEPF systems to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, and budget forecasts related to MEPF activities.
Provide technical expertise and support to project teams to ensure timely completion and delivery of projects.

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role with a strong focus on MEPF systems.
Solid knowledge of MEPF codes, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software tools is an advantage.
