Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document user requirements and business processes.
- Assist in evaluating existing systems and identifying areas for improvement.
- Prepare functional specifications, process flowcharts, and system documentation.
- Participate in system testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements when necessary.
- Assist in system upgrades, implementation, and deployment activities.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Prepare project reports and status updates.
- Conduct user orientation and training sessions for newly implemented systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with ERP systems, web applications, or enterprise software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Systems Analysis and Design concepts and methodologies.
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with business process analysis, flowcharting, and documentation tools is an advantage.
