JUNIOR SYSTEMS ANALYST

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science in IT or Equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of experience
• Knowledgeable with systems analysis and design, with technical expertise and broad knowledge on software, hardware, development and integrations
• Knowledgeable in Documentations – Writing Functional Specifications Document and Workflows / Flowcharts
• With good Written and verbal Communication skill – Should be able to be a communication bridge between Client (Business) and Development Team (either Internal or vendor)
• With critical thinking, attention to details, knows the logical story breakdown and with logical and with strong Analytical skills
• Technical Knowledge on development and Project Life Cycle
• With development/programming background
• Knowledgeable with Systems Analysis and Design, preferably with experience on Business Analysis/Systems Analysis role

JOB RESPOSIBILITIES:

• Researches and analyzes improvement opportunities; Conducts analysis, prepares recommendations, and facilitates efficiency enhancements.
• Develops business requirement documents and specifications as part of a team of System Analysts. • Works as directed by management team to research and document business issues involving workflow procedures and processes.
• Analyzes data and works with management to develop creative solutions; Breaks down, decomposes and describes business needs into stories supporting an iterative and incremental delivery model.
• Communicates and negotiates effectively with the business to clarify needs vs. wants/likes in order to balance business direction/requirements with cost of development as well as risks. Supports a positive and collaborative digital delivery culture with a philosophy of continuous improvement, development, innovation and excellence, while remaining in compliance with the bank's policies and procedures and upholding the highest standards of professional conduct.
• Objective Assessment: Quality reviews provide an objective assessment of the project's deliverables to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
• Review Process: This involves a systematic examination of project documents, processes, and outcomes. It can include peer reviews, audits, and inspections.
• Feedback and Improvement: Quality reviews are designed to identify areas for improvement. Feedback is provided to the project team to make necessary adjustments and enhancements.
• Compliance Check: Ensuring that the project complies with organizational standards, industry regulations, and best practices is a key component of quality reviews.
• Documentation: All findings from the quality reviews are documented, and any corrective actions are tracked to ensure they are implemented effectively
