Supply Chain Manager

Position Purpose

The role ensures the efficient, cost-effective, and compliant flow of materials and finished goods to support business and customer requirements of the plant and traded business of Sealed Air. This position leads and develops the supply chain team, drives operational improvements, maintains strong supplier and stakeholder relationships, and ensures compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements while supporting overall business continuity and operational excellence.

• Develop & implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs across procurement, QA and logistic.
• Monitor and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and finished products.
• Source & negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms for direct & indirect materials.
• Develop strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability, quality of materials and compliance with company requirements including ISO, HALAL and FSSC.
• Manage contract & agreements with suppliers and ensuring compliance with Sealed Air policies & standard.
• To make recommendations to Superior for overall improvement and efficiency.
• To lead stock take and ensure the process & system are being comply with minimum stock discrepancy.
• To attend customs and other government bodies for audit/inspection and related matters.
• To liaise with production and other departments to ensure logistics, purchasing & QA operations are in smooth condition and align with customers' demand and inventory level.
• To comply with the company requriements and update management for regulatory changes.
• To ensure all government regulatory and statutory requirements are met.
• To submit/present to superior for logistic, purchasing & QA report for operations report compilation.
• Lead, supervise, coach and develop direct reports to ensure high performance, accountability, and continuous professional growth within the Supply chain team.
• Overseeing SAP transactional processes
• Establish departmental goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to monitor operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, supplier performance and service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, minimize downtime and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Production, QA, HR and other cross-functional teams to support business objectives, cost management and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely resolution of supply chain issues, supplier concerns, shipment delays, and operational escalations to minimise business disruption.
• Manage warehouse and logistics operations to ensure accurate receiving, storage, inventory movement, and on-time delivery performance.
• Participate in management meetings and provide regular operational updates, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
• Other tasks assigned by immediate superior.

• College graduate, with Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or any equivalent field
• SAP/ Oracle Knowledgeable, Power BI, BIA preferred
• At least 10 years of working experience in related function
• Has excellent communication skills (English and Filipino) Oral and Written
• Strong sense of responsibility and result oriented
