As part of our continued partnership with one of our key clients, we’re hiring a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our growing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the Managing Director and leadership team by driving organization, protecting executive time, and ensuring strategic priorities are executed efficiently across the business.
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars and schedules for the Managing Director and leadership team
- Prioritize meetings, appointments, and activities to ensure focus on high-value business priorities
- Filter and manage low-priority requests and communications
- Triage and manage high volumes of emails and correspondence
- Draft professional communications and ensure urgent matters are escalated appropriately
- Act as a gatekeeper for internal and external communications
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing documents, reports, and presentation materials
- Track action items and ensure follow-through across leadership and operational teams
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and alignment across departments
- Support key business projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the Managing Director
- Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for executives
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business information
- Help drive operational efficiency, accountability, and business momentum across the organization
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders or executive teams
- Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Strong judgment with the ability to distinguish between urgent and important matters
- Confidence to challenge, push back, and manage executive priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling business environment
- Strong coordination, follow-through, and accountability skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
- Willingness to work Australasian, North American, or UK shift hours
- Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga
