About the Role: As an executive assistant, support the licensee-in-charge in various aspects of
achievement including compliance, growth and marketing, team member happiness, clientretention and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Diary and inbox management
- Answering phone calls
- Content proof reading
- Manage content calendar
- Produce marketing and sales reports
- Book venues and associated vendors for events
- Produce monthly news letter
- Management of external suppliers
- HR filing and record keeping
- Ad hoc duties as agreed
