About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Planner (Supply Planning) to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, office-based role in Paranaque City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply planning process to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations across our fast-paced manufacturing and logistics business.
What you'll be doing- Lead the development and implementation of the company's supply planning strategies and processes
- Oversee the production planning, materials requirement planning, and inventory management to optimise supply chain performance
- Analyse demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory levels to identify and resolve supply chain issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain visibility and responsiveness
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and cost savings
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to senior management on supply chain optimization
- Manage and mentor a team of supply planning professionals
- 5+ years of experience in a supply planning or production planning role, preferably within the manufacturing, logistics or fast-moving consumer goods industry
- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective supply planning strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across the organisation
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
- Proficient in the use of supply chain management software and data analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
