Senior Financial Systems Consultant (Supply Chain Transformation)

We are looking for a Senior Consultant for Supply Chain Transformation who will help organizations redesign and digitize their supply chain operations. You will collaborate with demand planning, supply, production, and logistics teams to create more agile, data-driven, and automated supply chains using leading technology platforms.
This role is ideal for professionals passionate about driving operational excellence and innovation across end-to-end supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage project implementation plans for supply chain automation and analytics initiatives across multiple locations, production sites, and logistics partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to understand current challenges, design target workflows, and define KPIs for success.
- Lead blueprinting sessions to map current and future processes, integrating controls, accountability, and best practices.
- Facilitate testing, training, and client adoption workshops to ensure successful rollout.
- Identify opportunities to apply technology and data analytics for performance improvement and better decision-making.
- Act as a subject-matter expert in demand forecasting, supply planning, production scheduling, logistics, and reverse logistics management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in MNCs, large Philippine corporations, or management consulting firms
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes—from demand forecasting and supply planning to production and logistics
- Experience in FMCG, retail, logistics, or consulting industries preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management capabilities
- Willing to work onsite or at client sites as required
- Openness to training in Anaplan, SAP, Oracle, and other advanced supply chain technologies
