SAP BRIM Consultant
Role Summary
The SAP BRIM SOM Consultant supports and delivers end to end Subscription Order Management processes within SAP BRIM. The role focuses on production support, incident resolution, and go live readiness, working closely with cross functional BRIM teams (SOM, CC, CI, RAR) to ensure stable subscription to billing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and configure SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management (SOM) including provider contracts, renewals, changes, and cancellations.
Perform root cause analysis for SOM related incidents impacting order processing and billing flows.
Support SOM–CC–CI integration and resolve issues during BAU, go live, and hypercare.
Handle production support tickets and participate in war rooms and priority backlog clearance.
Collaborate with functional, technical, and onshore teams to ensure delivery continuity.
Required Skills:
Hands on experience with SAP BRIM SOM (support or implementation).
Strong understanding of subscription lifecycle and order orchestration.
Experience in AMS, production support, or go live environments.
Working knowledge of BRIM integration (SOM, CC, CI; RAR exposure preferred).
Ability to work with global teams across time zones.
Preferred:
Exposure to SAP BRIM RAR or revenue processes.
Experience in high volume or business critical BRIM operations.
Comfortable with medium to long term allocation for delivery stability
