Managing Consultant - Healthcare

• Lead assigned workstreams and smaller consulting engagements with minimal supervision

A successful Integrated Health Solutions Consultant should have:

• Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Business, Public Health, or a related field; overseas education is an advantage
• At least 7 years of experience in consulting or healthcare advisory roles, with a background working with hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare organizations in the Philippines and across Asia
• Experience in consultancy, strategy, or change management within the healthcare industry
• Proven experience working closely with hospital leaders, including medical directors, chief physicians, and department heads
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex healthcare data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with various stakeholders; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering impactful solutions.
• Strong commercial mindset and understanding of healthcare decision-making in the Philippines, with the ability to translate strategic insights into operational and business impact
