Engage hospital C‑suite executives and senior clinical leaders to identify performance gaps and prioritise transformation opportunities.
- Lead short, high‑impact diagnostic engagements (typically 2-3 weeks) to assess operational, clinical, and financial performance.
- Design and structure end‑to‑end transformation proposals, including clear value cases and implementation roadmaps.
- Deliver complex transformation programmes across operational flow and throughput, perioperative and cath lab performance, and clinical pathway redesign.
- Enable digital performance transparency through analytics, KPIs, governance routines, and performance management systems.
- Support the development of ambulatory and beyond‑hospital care models aligned to system sustainability and growth.
- Contribute directly to pipeline development and revenue growth through market development and client expansion activities.
- Deliver measurable, sustained operational and financial impact through disciplined execution and stakeholder alignment.

A successful Managing Consultant - Healthcare should have:
- 7-10 years of experience delivering healthcare consulting or hospital performance transformation work.
- Experience equivalent to Engagement Manager or Senior Manager within a consulting or advisory environment.
- Proven capability to run client engagements end‑to‑end with minimal oversight, from diagnosis through delivery.
- Involvement in commercial activities such as opportunity shaping, proposal development, or early client conversations.
- Confident and credible communicator with senior executives and clinical leadership.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, combining data‑driven analysis with practical, implementable solutions.
- Comfortable working independently in evolving or early‑stage market contexts where structure is still being built.
