The Head Coordinator – Philippines acts as the primary liaison between Canada Visa Express’s Canadian headquarters and its Philippine operations. This role involves supporting clients applying for Visitor Visas, Study Permits, Work Permits, and Permanent Residency by coordinating assessments, guiding document collection, and providing immigration guidance.
The coordinator also develops and maintains partnerships with education agents, schools, and local organizations, representing the company at webinars, expos, and outreach events.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Immigration Support:
Assist Filipino and international clients with Visitor Visa, Study Permit, Work Permit, and Permanent Residency applications by guiding them through eligibility checks, document collection, and the submission process in accordance with IRCC/ESDC requirements.
- Client Intake & Documentation:
Oversee assessments, intake forms, follow-ups, and support the Canadian team in reviewing client documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Agency and School Partnerships:
Identify and collaborate with education agents and local partners. Provide orientations and ensure third-party compliance with Canada Visa Express standards.
- Community Outreach:
Represent the company at school fairs, webinars, expos, and briefings. Lead targeted campaigns and in-person events to increase brand visibility and service awareness.
- Canadian Program Promotion:
Promote eligible Canadian institutions and immigration pathways. Match clients to suitable programs and coordinate with the Canadian team for tuition and program updates.
- Operational Reporting & Coordination:
Serve as the communication bridge between Philippine operations and the Canadian head office. Report weekly on activities, outreach outcomes, and partnership updates to the CEO.
- Marketing & Lead Generation:
Propose regional marketing strategies, track competitor activity, and contribute to innovation and outreach goals.
- Social Media Management:
Manage and update content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Google. Ensure content aligns with brand voice and immigration goals.
- Content Creation & Scheduling:
Develop monthly content calendars and coordinate promotional materials with the Canadian marketing team.
- Email Campaigns & Newsletter Management:
Oversee newsletters and outreach via email platforms. Maintain lists and monitor open/click rates to optimize performance.
- Digital Engagement & Analytics:
Respond to online inquiries and generate leads through social media engagement. Report on campaign performance and optimize based on audience response.
This position requires strong coordination, communication, marketing insight, and a service-oriented mindset to help grow the company’s Philippine presence and ensure seamless support for immigration clients.
