Virtual Assistant Proficient in Go High Level & Social Media Management

Job Responsibilities:

• Go High Level Expertise:
• Set up, manage, and optimize workflows, automations, and funnels in Go High Level (GHL).
• Configure and maintain CRM systems, including lead capture forms, pipelines, and email/SMS campaigns.
• Provide reports and insights on campaign performance using GHL analytics.
• Social Media Management:
• Create, schedule, and post engaging content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
• Manage social media accounts, including responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and performance.
• Additional Tasks:
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content creation and list management.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed (e.g., calendar management, data entry).

Requirements:

• Proven experience using Go High Level (GHL certification or equivalent experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Later).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting engaging content.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Tech-savvy with a quick ability to learn new tools and platforms.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
• Background in digital marketing or content creation.
• Familiarity with other CRM or marketing tools (e.g., ClickFunnels, Mailchimp).
