Role Overview:
As our Virtual Assistant, you’ll be the right hand of our leadership team — managing communications, organizing workflows, and helping execute key tasks across departments. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and isn’t afraid to take initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Emails: Stay on top of the inbox, respond to messages, and flag important ones for the team.
- Schedule Smarter: Organize meetings, calls, and calendars to keep everything running smoothly.
- Keep Us Organized: Handle digital files, documents, and basic reports.
- Support Projects: Track tasks, follow up on deadlines, and lend a hand where needed.
- Assist Customers: Answer basic inquiries and ensure customers feel seen and supported.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or relevant role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
- Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Experience in lifestyle, fashion, or fitness brands is a plus
