Job Description:

• Process incoming and outgoing IT assets (old or new) – receiving, gate pass preparation and signatory routing
• Upload, update, and maintain inventory data in Service Now for any IMAC (install, move, add, configure) activities
• Responsible for the execution of the IT asset and software licenses process to track laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and software licenses through their lifecycle.
• Process EUC currency compliance rollout and help with audit engagements
• Coordinate mobile account management to telco partners and work with Finance on the deployment tracker
• Fulfill any IT Asset related requests assigned to the team by preparing assets for deployment or handover

Preferred Qualification:

• Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 3-4 years of IT asset management experience
• Experience with ServiceNow IT asset management tools is essential for this position.
• Team leadership experience is preferred to effectively manage and guide team members in this role.
