IT Manager

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing daily IT operations for all company retail and restaurant locations. This role ensures the effective function of all IT support, infrastructure, and hardware. The supervisor leads the IT support team, assisting with technical issues and ensuring timely troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.

• Supervise the IT support team in addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting for essential IT systems, including POS systems, servers, biometric devices, and CCTV.
• Monitor and maintain the performance and stability of IT infrastructure and network connections.
• Enforce company IT policies and assist in the rollout of standard procedures.
• Manage the procurement, installation, and asset tracking of IT hardware and software.
• Support data backup, recovery, and security practices.
• Provide basic training to end-users and maintain documentation for all support processes and equipment.
• Escalate critical issues to management or external vendors and track their resolution.

• Experience: 4-6 years in IT support, with at least one year in a supervisory or management role. Experience in retail or hospitality environments is a plus.
• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, networking, and infrastructure. Must have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Familiarity with SAP Business One or SAP HANA is preferred.
