Duties and Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and make minor repairs to computer hardware operating systems, software
- Set-up and activate new user’s accounts, profiles, and network access.
- Issue IT equipment/device to users.
- Monitor and update IT asset inventory.
- Coordinate the technical specifications of required IT assets with Materials Management Group.
