About the role
JUNE EATERY is a neighborhood cafe, bistro and natural wine bar set in the heart of BGC. Cuisine is Western with touches of Nordic, Modern New Zealand, and French-Italian influences.
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a fast-paced, professional environment. This is a full-time position based in our restaurant located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure consistent food quality and timely service delivery
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work station
- Assist with inventory management and food cost control
- Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our customers
- At least 3 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong practical cooking skills and the ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
