About the role

JUNE EATERY is a neighborhood cafe, bistro and natural wine bar set in the heart of BGC. Cuisine is Western with touches of Nordic, Modern New Zealand, and French-Italian influences.

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a fast-paced, professional environment. This is a full-time position based in our restaurant located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.

1. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
2. Ensure consistent food quality and timely service delivery
3. Maintain a clean, organised and safe work station
4. Assist with inventory management and food cost control
5. Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our customers

1. At least 3 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen environment
2. Strong practical cooking skills and the ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
3. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
4. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
5. A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
