Job Description:

The Assistant Cook can be assigned as a Noodle Cook or Line Cook. The Asst. Cook (Noodle Cook/ Line Cook) is responsible for pre- preparation, station set- up, preparation, cooking, and supporting or assisting the whole kitchen area.

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-year cook- to- order or kitchen- related experience
  • At least High school degree with equivalent years of experience as an Assistant Cook or Vocational Course or College graduate
  • Must be able to complete duties in a fast paced kitchen while performing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with various cooking methods and procedures
  • Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team
  • Knowledge and demonstrated practice of safe food handling
  • Knowledge and demonstrated practice of maintaining a clean and sanitary work station
  • Able to safely lift and/or move, using designated safety equipment, objects weighing up to 50lbs
  • Ability to remain productive in a high pressure environment
  • Store locations: Banawe, Quezon City/ Sta. Cruz, Manila City/ Baguio City/ Zamboanga City
