We are seeking a Spanish Bilingual Technical Support Representative to provide exceptional customer and technical support to Spanish and English-speaking customers. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving problems while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Provide technical and customer support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems in both Spanish and English.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, application, account, and system-related issues.
• Diagnose customer concerns, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions, technical findings, and resolutions accurately.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Educate customers on products, services, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Follow up on support cases to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer focus during all interactions.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• At least 2 years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, or any related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and remote support tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and common business applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
