SPA SUPERVISOR
Key Responsibilities- Daily Operations: Manage staff duty rosters, schedule appointments, and coordinate treatment rooms to maintain efficient daily workflows.
- Guest Relations: Ensure top-tier hospitality by personally handling guest inquiries, fulfilling special requests, and resolving complaints to achieve high satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Assist the Spa Manager in hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance, including massage therapists, estheticians, and front desk receptionists.
- Sales & Marketing: Promote spa services and creatively display retail products to meet or exceed daily/monthly revenue targets.
- Quality & Hygiene Control: Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with strict health and safety codes, cleanliness standards, and proper equipment functionality.
- Inventory Management: Monitor spa supplies, track product usage, and submit requisitions for professional and retail products.
- Experience: Typically requires 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a luxury spa, resort, or wellness setting.
- Certifications: Background in massage therapy, aesthetics, or hospitality management is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, conflict resolution, time management, and a deep understanding of wellness and customer service.
