Highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our accounting department. The role involves supervising accounting staff, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and supporting management in strategic financial planning.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CPA Certification or equivalent (Preferred but not always required).
Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive accounting experience.
Prior supervising or team lead experience in accounting or finance setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP). And advance MS Excel.
High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead and mentor accounting staff.
Familiarity with internal controls and audit procedures.
