We are in need of:

CUSTOMS / PURCHASING ENVIRONMENT COORDINATOR

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of Customs and SOLAR (MARS/SATURN). No SOLAR writing access is needed for the time being.
Proficient in written and oral communication
Bachelors Degree in any Business-related courses
Computer literate

Job Responsibilities:

Collect and Store Documentation:

Collect certificates from suppliers (via mail, and phone if needed). The required documents are LTSD (Long Term Supplier Declaration, valid 2 years) for ENA and USMCA (valid 1 year) for NCSA.
Populate the collected information in the "Index"WS supplier (for ENA) and Doc USMCA supplier (for NCSA) spreadsheets.
Archive the certificates in their respective folders within the shared drive folder AA051.

Share Information and Communicate:

Escalate to the purchasing manager if a supplier does not respond.
Provide weekly feedback on task completion and monthly reports on risks and issues.
Additional tasks, such as SOLAR updates (Mars for Non pref Origin and HS code), may be included based on the individual's empowerment.
