We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead our Project and Property Department, overseeing both construction projects and building maintenance operations across our properties.

- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, construction, or property management.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and multiple projects
- Ability to work individually and as a team while under pressure and within tight timelines
- Strong knowledge of building systems and construction processes
- Experience in budget planning and financial control
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making capability
