MARKETING AND LEASING SPECIALIST

Job Summary:

The Marketing and Leasing Specialist is responsible for promoting the company's properties, generating qualified leads, managing leasing transactions, and implementing marketing initiatives. The role also requires creating basic promotional materials and social media content to support leasing and branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and promote company properties through online and offline channels.
• Generate leads and conduct property presentations and site tours.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain excellent customer service.
• Process leasing applications, contracts, and tenant documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, brokers, and internal departments to ensure smooth leasing transactions.
• Prepare and execute marketing campaigns to increase property occupancy.
• Manage and update property listings on social media and online platforms.
• Create basic promotional materials such as social media posts, flyers, posters, and announcements using graphic editing tools.
• Take and edit basic photos and videos of properties for marketing purposes.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to recommend effective marketing strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing and leasing accomplishment reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, leasing, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of basic graphic design/editing using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar software is required.
• Basic photo and video editing skills for social media marketing are an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willing to conduct site visits, property showings, and fieldwork when necessary.
