Job Overview
The Marketing Operations Specialist owns the marketing system backbone.This role ensures data accuracy, process discipline, attribution clarity, and lead governance across the entire funnel.
This is not a content role and not a reporting-only role.This is a control and reliability role that makes marketing accountable.
This is an on-site setup.
Key Responsibilities- Own CRM structure, pipelines and lead lifecycle governance
- Ensure accurate lead routing, tagging and scoring
- Maintain marketing automation workflows and campaign tracking
- Build and validate dashboards and reports
- Ensure clean attribution across channels and campaigns
- Support CRM and marketing platform integrations
- Audit data quality and resolve inconsistencies
- Provide sales with accurate pipeline visibility
- Document processes, workflows, and system rules
- Support compliance and data governance standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years experience in marketing operations, CRM administration, or marketing analytics
- Strong CRM and marketing automation experience
- High attention to detail and strong process discipline
- Analytical, structured, and systems-oriented mindset
- B2B environment
