We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our growing team!
What You'll Do- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, websites, videos, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, and social media engagement, and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team and other departments to support brand awareness and business goals.
- Maintain marketing records, client files, and other campaign-related documentation.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of marketing or related work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace).
- Knowledge of market research and digital marketing.
- Familiar with social media management, email marketing, and web analytics.
- Experience in graphic design is an advantage.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Ability to build brand awareness through digital marketing channels.
