Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations on the factory floor
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and target output
- Lead and supervise production personnel across all manufacturing functions
- Ensure compliance with company production standards and safety protocols
- Coordinate with other departments to address operational concerns and improve workflow
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and productivity enhancement
- Prepare production reports and provide updates to management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field
- Proven experience in production or manufacturing leadership roles
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and workplace safety standards
