Production Supervisor

• Plan, direct and coordinate scheduling and production activities of the organization based on sales demand to achieve quality products completely and on time.
• Ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets
• Manage the performance of the team to meet or exceed targets: productivity levels, quality standards, and utilization/efficiency objectives
• Lead all subordinates in establishing a work plan and staffing for each phase of the project or program.
• Confer with heads and staff to provide technical advice and to resolve problems; provide the necessary leadership and management support to enhance the efforts of project staff.
• Review reports prepared by line leaders and modify schedules, or shifts/increase resources, in order to reach target completion dates.

Qualifications

Essential:

• College graduate preferably on Engineering or the equivalent
• Must have at least (2) years of supervisory experience in all aspects of production operations preferably in a retail, trading or manufacturing entity

Desirable:

• ISO training an advantage
• Training on production management
• Create spreadsheets or database using more complex formula setting using Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
• Advantage if with background on any business related
